To be successful in this internship you must:

> Have an interest in machining and design processes
> Be currently enrolled and on track to completing a relevant college degree (2-year or 4-year), with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
> Desire to work in a small business setting
> Be available at least 10 hours/week during the school year, and 20 hours/week when not attending school

Extra consideration will be given to those who:
> Have experience in design or manufacturing processes
> Are involved in relevant extra-curricular activities
> Are willing to consider long-term employment at the conclusion of the internship or schooling
